Brandroot Agency specializes in marketing and design services. All deliverables are digital. We do not ship physical goods.
Delivery Methods
Final project deliverables (vector files, brand guides, website login credentials, reports, etc.) will be delivered via electronic means. Methods include, but are not limited to:
- Email attachments.
- Secure secure file transfer links (e.g., Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive).
- Direct access to development or live servers for websites.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are project-specific and are outlined in the specific product description in our WooCommerce store or the customized Statement of Work (SOW). Timelines begin once the client has provided all necessary onboarding information and assets. Any agreed-upon timelines are estimates and do not guarantee delivery on that exact date, though we make every effort to meet deadlines.
