Service-Based Nature of Work
Brandroot Agency provides professional marketing, strategy, and design services. Due to the service-based nature of our business, work performed and digital products delivered are generally non-refundable.
Productized Services (WooCommerce Purchases)
For standard service packages purchased directly through our online store (e.g., Logo Design, SEO Boost):
Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before our team has begun any discovery, research, or creative work, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
After Work Begins: Once the discovery call has taken place or creative work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
Project Retainers and Custom Projects
Cancellation terms for custom development, long-term marketing retainers, or large-scale design projects are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) for that project. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and either party may terminate retainers with 30 days’ written notice.
